All products are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks. This may vary based on demand. We will notify you if there are any significant delays. 

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us if you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not yet been shipped. 

Currently, we only ship within the USA. For international orders, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
